What utilities are included in my lease? (Wasn’t sure on this one)
Rent includes water and sewer.

What kind of pets do you allow and what fees are involved?
We are cat and dog friendly.  WOOF! Non Refundable pet fee of $300 required/dog and $250/cat. Non aggressive breeds only.

What are the income and credit qualifications?
Total monthly household income (gross) must be at least two (2) times the amount of the apartment’s rental rate.  Proof of income is required. (i.e. pay stubs) No unpaid rental related debt, no rental judgments or bankruptcies within the last twelve (12) months. Must pass third party credit screening.

Is my security deposit totally refundable?
If the apartment is left in a good clean move-in condition, the deposit will be refunded as long as lease terms were met.

How long is the term of the lease? Do you accept leases for short term leases?
We offer a 12 month lease. Six month lease is available with a premium.  
Am I required to have renters insurance?
Management’s property insurance does not cover any Resident furniture, clothing or other personal property.  Residents are hereby advised to procure renter’s insurance to protect their personal property.

Do you offer furnished or corporate apartments?
Yes, we do offer fully equipped and furnished corporate apartments.

If I need something repaired in my apartment, how do I get it fixed?
We offer a 24-hour emergency maintenance services available via our website.

When is my rent payment due? How can I pay my rent?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month. You can pay rent online via our Resident Portal.

What day am I liable for a late charge?
All rent must be paid by the 3rd of the month, on the 4th a late charge will be added.

Do you have parking?
We offer reserved spaces both indoor and outdoor.

Does the property offer a fitness center?
Yes, we have a cutting edge fitness center.

Does the property have a swimming pool?
We offer a beautiful rooftop deck with pool and clubhouse.
